Postfixで/etc/hostsのホスト名が引けない場合

「disable_dns_lookups = yes」と/etc/postfix/main.cfに書くとlibcのリゾルバを使うようになるので/etc/nsswitch.confの設定が効いて/etc/hostsを見に行くようになってくれる。
